This place is fairly clean and quaint, with genuinely helpful staff, and it is located centrally near a train station in a historic area.

I missed air condition especialy during the night.

The location was excellent and the rooms were large and comfortable. It was very close to the train station and to the downtown restaurants and shops. Villach is a beautiful area. We had two triple rooms. We had an early bus to Venice and they graciously allowed us to have breakfast before normal hours,

There was no air conditioning - one room was a corner room and had a cross breeze and was ok. The other did not and was extremely warm. The night staff did not speak english and there was no fan available to help circulate the air. A rough night for one room.

Clean and cozy place with a nice vibe. They serve delicious breakfasts with top-notch coffee in a charming winter garden. It's peaceful here, even though it's right in the middle of everything. Just a quick 5-minute walk to the bus stop. 🌿.

The room I booked was airy and well-appointed, complete with a beautiful kitchen, a giant bathroom and internet access. Helpful and top-class staff, couldn't ask for more...

Dieses Hotel hat eine großartige Lage im Zentrum der Stadt. Man kann von hier aus bequem alle Attraktionen erreichen und ist mitten im Geschehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sind immer bereit, alle Fragen zu beantworten und Empfehlungen zu geben. Das Frühstück ist unglaublich lecker und sehr reichhaltig. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, die jeden Geschmack zufriedenstellen. Die Zimmer sind schön dekoriert und makellos sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und garantieren eine gute Nachtruhe. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet, vor allem für die zentrale Lage.

Sensational breakfast with very good coffee in a winter garden, we liked it. Absolutely perfect and excellent location, walk from the train station, exactly where we wanted to be.
